You posted a photo of a little white flower surrounded by large lobed leaves and want to know its name? Pull it up by the root. Does it look like an amputated finger? oozing orangey-red sap? That's bloodroot. I'm not kidding. Don't ingest the sap; it's toxic that way. Some use it as an ointment to get rid of warts. (I read it in Andrew Weil, still have not tried it as I am wartless.) :)
